• Corporate clients and authorised representatives availing Employee Transportation Services (ETS) or business fleet arrangements; and
• Visitors accessing the Vybe Cabs website or communicating with us through digital or offline channels.

• Registration, booking, scheduling, and payment transactions;
• Driver enrolment, background verification, and identity validation;
